TB Clan Portal reads your clan straight from Total Battle around the clock — chests, events, members, might, troops, CP runs and much more. The numbers are right before anyone asks, so the hours you give your clan go into leading it, not bookkeeping it.

Four things change the week you switch it on.
The counting, the cross-checking, the "did you actually hit it" conversations — all of it stops. You open the portal and the answer is already there, correct, for every player.
Every figure comes from the game itself, and every player can see their own. Rules stop being your opinion and start being a fact, which is what makes them enforceable.
You see a member drifting weeks before they leave — while you can still do something about it.
Points import while the event is still running, so you can push the players who are behind instead of finding out afterwards.
No app, no upload, no screenshot, no weekly reminder from you. They just play.
This is the difference between a number and a guess — and it is the whole reason nobody can argue with your cycle results.
Also called OCR. The tool photographs the screen and tries to read the text back out of the image. It is the old and outdated way of doing this, and it carries a high risk of misreads and errors.
We read the structured data the game itself uses — the same values it shows you. There is nothing to interpret, so there is nothing to get wrong.
Rebuilt from scratch in Portal 2.0 — and they work on a phone.
Who hit the requirement, who is on track, and who is behind — with the points and the chests side by side, because a cycle can be met on either.

After an Olympus or Dark Omens run, somebody has to sit and send Dragon Coins and fragments to 100 members, one at a time, from the clan capital. That is an evening's work, every single time, and one mistyped amount starts an argument.
The portal works out who is owed what, and then sends it in-game itself. You approve the ledger; the payouts go out automatically.

Your clan is spread across a dozen time zones, and the hour that works for you is the middle of the night for a third of them. This screen shows when your clan is actually online and actually contributing — so you pick the slot before you announce it, not after it goes badly.
Every clan in the game gets buried in it. The portal sweeps your chat groups around the clock and deletes it, normally within a minute of it being posted — without anyone reporting it and without anyone asking us to.
Gold-seller spam is deleted from your chat groups automatically, around the clock — normally within a minute of it being posted. Nobody has to report it and nobody has to clean up. New seller domains are added centrally, so every clan is covered the moment one turns up.
Run every in-game chat group from the portal. Members sync themselves, you are told the moment someone joins who shouldn't be there, they are removed automatically, and you decide who is allowed to post.
They type a word in the game and the portal answers them, in the game, straight away. No app, no login, no leaving Total Battle — and no message to you at eleven at night asking whether they made the cycle.

note and warn keep a record on a player — all from inside
the game, without opening the portal.
A clan event means tracking four different things at once. Normally that is four spreadsheets and an argument. Here it is one screen that fills itself in.
Every player's event points import continuously — during the event and again once it ends. Each row keeps the player's G-level as it was at the time, which is what makes tier targets fair months later. Individual players can be excluded from penalties.
Tracks the event chests each player was required to claim against what they actually claimed. Anyone still short gets a personal in-game message straight from the ledger — you never chase anyone in chat again.
The portal reads your clan's chat groups across the whole event window and records who posted what. Senders match to players automatically; anyone it can't place is listed separately so you assign them by hand instead of losing them.
Set a goal per resource type and per G-tier — G1 through G9 and T9, each with its own target. The ledger tracks what every player delivered against their own number, and the penalty applies itself: flat, or proportional to how far short they came.
Spend the clan's vault coins across the three artifacts and read off exactly what every tier has to score. See it ↓
Set a recurring clan event up once and it is generated automatically from then on, on the game's own reset time, with the same targets, tiers and penalties every round.
Different tiers can owe different things. Set the penalty in points or in silver per tier, make it proportional to the shortfall, and let it apply itself when the event ends.
Plan them, follow them while they run, and close them when the grace period is up — without opening four different pages to find out where each one stands.

The clan earns vault points during the event — that is the pot of coins. It goes on three artifacts, and what you spend where decides what every single member has to score. Getting that wrong on the night costs the whole run.
Set the three levels, and the planner reads off the target for every tier — G1 through G9 and T9, which is its own tier at 1.5× a G9. Then it hands the targets straight to the event as point requirements, and sends the plan to your members as an announcement.
It also handles the part that trips people up: the summons are planned on Ancients' Treasure, but the points your members have to score belong to the Rise of the Ancients run the day after. Two announcements, sent at the right time for each — the tower plan while there are still points to place, the targets before the run they actually apply to.

Every member's profile refreshes on its own, at least every ten minutes, day and night. You never send that message again.
